How frequently do people wash this?

I don't know I sent it back as I could not get it to fit on my mattress !!

Does the manufacturer suggest washing before use?

Hi, Have recycled the packaging now but don't recall any recommendation to wash before use. There wouldn't be any need to pre-wash particularly as you would place your other mattress topper/bedding over it. Needs to be washed as and when but have a belief that products like this are manufactured to be at their most efficient before laundering.

i have 190X120 cm and 15 cm depth which size I should go for?

All i can say is i got a king size for a king size bed and threes lots of room
