Best Transformer yet for a little guy
My 5 year old grandson has recently gotten interested in transformers and has 3 or 4. Mostly, he asks the nearest adult to "help" him change them back and forth. He already had a RinoX that required 26 steps, and a YouTube video for me to change it (and I'm an Engineer). I ordered this one because it is advertised to be easy to change. Game changer!! It is spring-loaded, almost changes itself with a few simple steps. He learned how to change it back and forth in 10 minutes and has been having so much fun. I think this one is good for his independence and self-confidence. I'm putting the other one up for a few years, if he's still into such things. I highly recommend this one for younger kids.

Favorite Christmas Present

Awesome smash transformer
This one is really cool. We have almost all of them, they are pretty expensive but super fun!! This one hasnt fallen apart yet and we play with it daily(my son). I'd give it 5 stars but for the price it could have been bigger!! I will say it's a decent size, just not as big as you'd think for how much it cost!

The best toy
I had forgotten what it was like to get the toy that could transform you and send you into a world of imagination . That’s what I was in my grandson’s eyes! That toy put him into the movie and he was there with them in the movie! A smile on his face was all I needed!!

A lot of plastic
Its difficult to see my childhood toy that was a nice blend of metal and plastic turn into a big plastic mess. I wouldn't expect a younger kid to keep this operational for too long.
