The only problem is that the gems get cloudy quickly, but can be cleaned with a makeup wipe :). Every once in awhile the gems have come undone, but that definitely could be my fault for playing with them. Other people have been complaining about them coming undone throughout the day, I haven't had an issue with that at all. Some people complained about their piercings becoming irritated, mine have been fine. I also cleaned them extremely thoroughly before putting them on, which I always recommend, especially when buying jewelry online.
