I bought a 10x12 for my 10x10 screen house because I wanted to put it on the outside of the support poles. This works beautifully and the extra isn’t bothersome at all. This screen is a perfect length, good quality, has lots of fasteners (provided) and a zippered entrance on all 4 sides. Cost was very reasonable.

I used this gazebo replacement for a screen Room for the Sunsetter awning . I'm sure there are a lot of folks out there who had a Sunsetter Awning with the screen Room that are very disappointed to find out that Sunsetter no longer makes or sells the screen room which, in my opinion, made the Sunetter awning worth it. No mosquitoes, no night insects to bother you. But because Sunsetter no longer makes or sells the screen room and was less than helpful in seeking a replacement for It, I was left to my own devices to come up with a solution. Using the 10x12 gazebo replacement, mosquito netting, tarp clips, and some adjustments, I was able to fashion a screen Room for my Sunsetter awning which finally makes it usable in the summer months.

I just bought it so can't say if it will handle the weather and strong winds yet, but looks good easy to put on, price is just right.
