This tea box is really well made, and I love the hardware. It does stay open well as advertised. The box feels solid, and I appreciate that the cells on the inside can be removed so that other things can be stored inside.My only complaint is that mine arrived with what looks like white overspray on the clear window. Just tiny splotches of white paint that needed scraping off (cleaners wouldn't do the trick). Not a huge issue for me but would be a pain if this was intended to be gifted to someone.Otherwise, this organizer is fantastic quality, and I would recommend it to others!

A great idea for using a small space. Comes with a draining cloth that goes under the dishwasher. Can hold lots of dishes at once and pretty easy to set up

This is a descent tea box. It looks nice and is functional The box quality is good, but the clear part on the top is plastic. I feel like for the price the top should be glass. The description is unclear about what it is made of by just saying "clear top window", so I thought it was important to note for those considering purchasing. It being plastic doesn't affect the functionality. It looks fairly nice, but you can tell that it isn't glass.

When I realized that we had four different boxes of teabags in our pantry, I decided that a tea organizer might be a better way to make use of our space. When I use the box (daily), I feel a little like a guest in an upscale hotel, where you tend to find such tea displays. But it's not just for show; it is a practical way to make sense of various types of teabags and locate them quickly. The divider insert separates the box into six compartments, and it can be removed to use the space for something else entirely -- photos, memorabilia, small scarves. The hinges will hold the lid open while you are perusing the contents, a welcome feature. The only drawback: it's on the pricey side.

The media could not be loaded.  Pretty and well made with nice hinges. The see through front is a medium thick plexiglass, which is great for not worrying about breakage. Pretty tight for 16 bags per compartment, but they do fit. The compartment divider is removable which will make cleaning easier and could be useful if needed. It arrived well packaged and protected. A great gift for anyone who has a bunch of boxes of tea in the pantry which could use some organizing!

It is well made and pretty, very neat to organize my tea bags. It came well packaged but a bit dirty with some sort of black dust, I had to wipe it all in and out. I like it and it looks very nice.
