Nice jacket for cold dry weather, however I got caught in the rain and this jacket has the waterproof capability of a sieve, I will have to find some waterproofing for it.

This jacket was sold as Waxed Canvas - it isn't. The exterior is actually a thin cotton/polyester mix and is nothing like canvas. There does seems to be a thin wax coating, but again nothing like a popper waxed jacket.The inside pocket is very small and the lining of one of the outside pockets has not been sewn together.I now see it's made in China, so no great surprise that it's inferior quality.
