Open vents in the waterproof leather provide breathability, and the multi-directional lug outsole bites into tough terrain. Weighing 13.07 oz / 388.4 g (per sandal), made with durable, waterproof leather and featuring a moisture-wicking lining, the Arroyo 2 is built off KEEN’s traditional wider footwear form. KEEN products are consciously created using a natural, pesticide-free probiotic-based technology called Eco Anti-Odor for breaking down odor in sweat, PFC-free water repellent (in applicable styles) and leather sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG)-certified tanneries. It is hard to find a shoe that fits me well; Keens have been reliable for a wide and roomy toe-box that had a removable foot-bed so my orthotics can replace them (That said, their inserts are good quality). Durable materials, including the sole, and a pleasure to wear. I finds my runners (trail or road) in another brand, but otherwise i've done well with Keens over the last decade. i'm a size nine in Keens; more like a 10 in others due to shoes being too narrow or the toe box tapering in at the end...
