The bed frame is of good quality and is reinforced with metal slats to support the mattress. It was also very easy to assemble. However, the mattress is thin and does not meet the expected specifications for a "medical" mattress.

Return not easy to use
Very heavy not user friendly to make it alone by self. We have not opened it. The size is big please send a big carrier for pickup.

Torn mattress but bed is OK
Delivered on time. Bed easy to assemble & in good condition. Mattress is torn. I returned mattress only & kept the bed. I do not want refund … just replace mattress. As soon as possible. Thanks.
