Perfect Pump for our application

I am on my third MaxPro Legend in less than 3 years. It has cost me more to return the bad pumps plus the cost of having them installed, uninstalled and reinstalled than the pump costs itself. The company would not refund my money. Hopefully the 3rd pump will last longer than the first two. Buy another brand!

Just installed so I'm not sure about longevity but, this pump moves a lot of water! I recommend it to anyone who needs the GPH! Mine is plumbed to a large two port waterfall. I have this pump T'd to a bead filter with a ball valve to control the flow through the filter then the waterfall and the other goes straight into the other port on the waterfall. I may need to add another ball valve to the waterfall it moves so much. Remember you can always slow the flow with a valve and not hurt the pump. Its maximum flow is 10,500 and 8,500 @ 5' of head maximum with a maximum head of 22'. It also comes with two 2" slip unions. I'll update this review if I have any issues with it. Hopefully this info helps someone else. I couldn't find anything online.
