Van HeusenMen's Regular Fit Gingham Button Down Collar Dress Shirt

Very nice and comfortable

The tag inside this Large size shirt says L 16.5 to 17 inch. If you used to buy Van Heusen shirts in the UK a few years back when they traded here and you bought XL shirts, then you probably want L size shirts in this range.

Would never buy again Customs charge of £11.56. Good shirt but better to buy in Uk.

I liked the colour that’s why I bought it. I’m a 17” collar so I bought a large although they recommended an XL. I could get my hand down the collar and my leg in the sleeve. It must have been a sumo wrestler that modelled this shirt. I had to wear to the occasion “ opened neck with the sleeves rolled up”. Absolute rubbish, £25 down the drain.

Shirt is enormous, obviously American sized so have had to return it.

Have worn Van Heusen most of my adult life having spent a lot of time in the USA through work, and have always been my first choice, however on being washed for the first time - unbelievably the chest pocket has detached itself!!I have never experienced this before with Van Heusen, being my favourite shirt - this is the second I have bought from you.Can you repair it?Thanks

Lovely shirt but I had to move one of the collar button down buttons as it pulled the shirt badly. Poor quality control.

Far to big - a different size large to previous large bought on amazon

I can't use this both shirts without changing the the smaller one

The shirt is far too big for a regular fit. The shoulder width is fine, but the sleeves are about double what they should be in width and the chest and waist is huge. Once worn it looks very baggy and untidy with excess waist, chest and sleeve width. I can't wear it without looking ridiculous. It is a shame as the colour, pattern and fabric are excellent.

The shirt does have a nice colour but it is sized for... well rather fat individuals. While the sleeve length is fine for the size of the shirt, watch out most of all for the ridiculously large sleeves at the shoulder. If you are not sized like a Sumo wrestler but still have arms the size of an elephant's leg, it will fit you nicely. For the rest of us, you will probably need to take it to an alterations place and have the sleeve size adjusted (narrowed) quite significantly. Consider this extra cost if going ahead with the purchase of this shirt.
