Yes, and they work quite well for adding an external speaker jack to a guitar combo amp. I use two of them, the first jack outputs all power to either a plugged in external speaker or the internal speaker, and the second jack uses the unplugged passthrough output of the jack 1 to connect an external speaker serially. So, three options: nothing plugged in gets the internal speaker, jack 1 sends to an external speaker and mutes the internal, and the third option sends to both the internal and external speakers. Just make sure you do the proper ohms calculation for an acceptable serial connection.
