Not working
I purchase the laptop but after 3 days ge screen is not showing anything, I also submit request for return but no response... Very poor performance and 3rd class product...

Great Deal for carry laptop with 12.5 inch lightweight
It's a great product with intel core i5 - 7300 processor with 16 gb ram. This laptop is too light weight and easy to carry with 12.5 inch screen size. It has great performance. My laptop has a screen line problem but new jaisa recover this fault as soon as i tell them. The team is supportable always. This is a worty product to buy.

Please don't purchase from New Jaisa seller
I have received painted body laptop. Charger quality is not good. Type C charger is not provided. Battery not fully charged till 100%. Price is higher. Replacement option is not available in Amazon due to price increase. Not getting any Technical support. Not getting support from Amazon as well. An agent, she disconnected my call after long hold. No response received from New Jaisa seller. I have updated screenshot as well. Called to Lenovo customer care, they told me that this product is not falling under warranty. Please don't purchase any product from New Jaisa seller.
