Very hard to use, definitely sturdy in my hand. Couldn't figure out the setup, emailed everyone and they did get back to me with more instructions. Barely figured out downloading several apps, then when you want to use to give customer code entry, they also have to download an app, log in, unlock, lock. Long story short I would not recommend this very beautiful sturdy lock box due to its complexity.

If you want a lockbox that is fingerprint controlled, but might not open, and that only way you can help remotely open this unit is with further purchases of system components, then this is for you. If you love running out to find aaa batteries because seller too cheap to include, then you'll love this vendor. They do really fairly promptly and seem keen to help which is a step in the right direction, pity product itself feel like first gen that needs some iteration before it's ready to trust for such an important function

The performance of the lock box is terrible 100% would not recommend. I bought for my airbnb and it was okay at first, although it didn't have like a “remote access unlocking feature”. After 2 months of use, the fingerprint access stopped working, the lock box had problem recognizing passwords and also had problems with opening the lock even after having access to it. Ive had guest call me and complain. Also since it broke after the 1 month return period its not covered warranty. Tried to call amazon and they refused to take back and i couldn’t find the sellers phone number.

Did not work. Tried charging. Nothing worked sadly. Interior battery must have been so gone charging didn’t even work. So glad did not happy with guests at our short term rental.

Wasn't sure it would work for my real estate needs. If it was that difficult to set up, I was worried that the agents would have a hard time getting into the key box. So I'm sending it back. Disappointed it didn't work out.

This is great for those remodeling and when you need to provide timely access to something like a garage door opener (so you can reset the garage door code AFTER they are done; and so you don't provide a key they can make a copy of).This is also great for family/neighbors who may need to bring your packages into the garage.I'll probably just leave the batteries out and always put fresh batteries in when needed, to avoid any disruptions.

With the addition of an app and fingerprint there's no need for me to carry a key or get locked out. I can leave my key at home And let myself in by my app on my phone, my fingerprint or a password. No more paying a locksmith or hidden keys. Great to have!
