They provide extra padding and make every shoe feel more comfortable! The snug fit makes your feet feel like they are being massaged! I love the colors and designs that they have! Get rid of those old socks and switch to these bad boys! Your feet will thank you every day for them!

I'm usually a women's size 6 and a size small for these socks were too restrictive for me. I like the Balega hidden comfort style way more. Also, the pair Amazon shipped me was clearly worn before.

My spouse has trouble with her feet and legs. Long bike rides are the worse (20+ miles). We just received these. Not much problem on the ride (22+) Not saying these are a cure all, but they did help. I actually bought her a size up, which she was skeptical of. If you are having challenges with numbness and "tingly" feelings, may be worth a try. I'll be ordering several more.
