Didn't fit the holes that they are for

Does not fill an 8mm screw hole!
Merriway BH01148 (100 Pcs) Flush Fitting Push Fit Screw Caps Covers, White 10mm Diameter Cap To Fit 8mm Hole - Pack of 100 Pieces but they don't fill an 8mm hole as advertised. They do fit a 10mm hole though but not what I wanted!
