Dashcam has been working for a few months now running almost every day

This seems to work effectively. Camera quality is fine for what it is. I got this as an inexpensive rear dashcam setup, and I was initially worried, as I thought that the camera angle wouldn't be able to capture the street behind me due to the fact that it can't pivot all the way back. I ended up installing the camera fairly high on my rear windshield, and from that angle, it is able to capture the surroundings behind my vehicle, despite the limited angle adjustment on the camera facing backwards.Installation was fairly easy. However, I will detract one star for the process of moving files on and off of the included SD card, which is not very intuitive. I don't know if it's the fact that I have very short nails, but the SD card installation and removal process is quite difficult for me. I have to use a key to both insert and remove the SD card from the device.You also seemingly can't transfer files from the dashcam itself, as attempting to connect the device to your computer via USB will only allow access to the 1.99 GB internal storage that evidently comes with the camera (no idea what the purpose of that is) and not the data on the SD card, which would include your dashcam footage. It seems you have to take the SD card out of the dashcam in order to retrieve and view your files, which is not major, but it is an extra step nevertheless.Overall, this is a good product for what it is, and I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Good dash cam

Ok, I am giving this 3 stars because first, my Toyota Tacoma could not access it. Second, it requires you to use up the only USB capable of using Android Auto, so even if my truck could access it, I would have to choose between seeing what it was recording, or using my phone for the maps. I could have just plugged it into another standard USB after setup, had my truck been able to access it, but having to have my tablet, which did access the app and camera, available all the time would have been a PITA. So I returned it, but having said that, the picture was high quality and recorded flawlessly, so if your vehicle can access it, it is a good dashcam. Oh, and finally, there needs to be a menu settings option where you can set the time and date, both of those were way off and I could not find a menu with that option.

The camera works great, and the video quality is solid. However, on my Jeep Wrangler, the windshield is too straight, and unfortunately, about 50% of the recording shows the hood. It would work much better on vehicles with a more angled windshield.

Save your money. exremely difficult to use. Or should I say impossible to use.

I like it because of how simple it is to use but I don’t like how it shows the time and date on the video because it’s completely off and you can’t change it
