I am 70 years old and find this a useful tool. I would NOT try to get on it or off it without something to hang onto. Once on it is a good balance exercise and especially useful for me since I had surgeries to both achillies tendons. It gives them a workout.If you are a skateboarding kid you probably can jump on and off this but I am a senior and can't afford to fall on our stone floors. I have a Tower Pull Up Bar Station Workout Dip Station I bought on Amazon for about a hundred and fifty dollars. I use this for various other exercises but for holding onto while getting off and on this disc safely or saving you when you lose your balance it is extremely useful.Brooke Shields broke her femur VERY badly falling off a balance board needing surgeries to pin it all together so you don't have to be old like me to need to be careful with this!

Eu tinha uma expectativa que ele fosse mais alto do chão, mas mesmo tendo isso em ponto negativo, vi que a curvatura dele e a altura que para mim era negativa, se tornou positiva, tenho usado ele para esticar a coluna na altura da lombar, maravilhoso!

This is really sturdy. i was worried buying one that it would be flimsy or would have stress points and im so glad i bought this one that is all one piece as its been great. had it for a while now and even the kids have jmuped about and played on it and its holding up well. can be used on carpet or wooden floor as it has a non slip section on the bottom.nice and light to move around and the handles are helpful, particularly if using it for plank/push ups etc.

This wobble board is even better than the ones my physiotherapist uses. It comes with a page of exercises, beginner exercises on one side and advanced exercises on the other side of the page. I’m happy with this item and recommend it.
