I had worn through the buttons of my original fob. When I got this, I tried replacing the components (battery and circuitry) into the new fob, but I couldn't get it to click into place completely. After some testing, I found that I could simply use the new face on my old back... so try that first. It worked great - I got to keep the original back (with the Caddy emblem on it) and the front is nice and new. The old key slipped right in.

Fits our 2017 ATS key fob perfectly! The back of our original key fit the front so still have the Cadillac symbol. Way cheaper than purchasing a new key!

Followed the video in the review section; used the backside and emergency key of the original fob. Took 5 minutes! Don't hesitate order this if your old Caddy key fob cover is worn out.

Excellent fit! There are two things different however, the replacement isnt as black as the original, and the Cadillac emblem is not on the back portion of the FOB shell case. But other than those things, its excellent!
