Works great for me!
This product was ordered without checking reviews first. I'm not sure what these other people are doing wrong, this mount is nice! The bar gripping side is pretty good. I may put a little Loctite on the threads to keep it extra secure. The nuts used to expand and tighten the actual phone holder are a 2-nut system so one locks the other down. At first I had a tiny bit of an issue attaching the phone holder to the handlebar gripper BUT that was my own fault, it needs to actually CLICK into place and lock, not just gently rest in the slots. Super useful, super affordable and at my door in less than 48hrs for half the price of Walmart.

This is junk. Looks great do not buy. First bump on the road i hit the ball connector broke in half sent my phone flying and cracked my screen

It works, kinda.
Mounts on handle bars, but the wing nut type bolt that affix's the device to the handlebars runs fowl of the arm adjusters and lock. So while it kind of sort of works, not so much!

Holds tight.
I like that I know which way is shortest and what time I'll arrive using this phone holder for me on maps navigation.

Should be Zero Stars
The clamp does not grip the handlebar of my bicycle to keep the phone upright. Despite my better judgement, I gave it one more try. It failed violently and basically when it failed, my phone was thrown to the ground. Cheaply made and useless. I tossed it in the trash.
