Can the mop actually be used? I want to get my kids something that can actually learn to use the items instead of pretending.

Yes! I have actually used these things!

I want you help??why set toy 12.and now I seen 11..??

There are twelve: broom, bucket, duster, three rags, sweeper, dustpan, dust broom, spray bottle, sponge, and caution sign.

Could we laminate the cardboard?

probably yes but it's a thick cardboard box

Do the cleaning supplies all fit in the bucket?

No, they don’t all fit but you can put water in the bucket and have the kids use the sponge to clean things. My daughter loves this set!
