Real human review here!!! This Flux is pretty fantastic, considering the price. I typically use Amtech ot Stirri, which are both world class, but this Essmetuin will get the job done, almost, as good, for a fraction of the price. I spent some time doing coin cell battery replacement on some of my Super Nintendo games and this Flux was a breeze to work with. It keeps the solder flowing and has great wetting action. All of my joints came out solid and nice and shiny. It didn't smell bad or smoke any more than the better Flux brands that I've used. It also didn't caramelize and harden after use, which I've definitely had happen with some other brands. It is a tacky Flux, but I wouldn't call it overly sticky and it's not ridiculously thick. When dispensing it from the syringe, I would say it has the consistency of something like pudding. But, it obviously flows out of the syringe nice and smooth. And although this is a no-clean Flux, you will probably want to clean it off your PCB if that's what you're working with. Some Q-Tips or a toothbrush and isopropyl alcohol will make short work of any leftover residue. But, if you really don't care, you don't have to clean it up. It won't hurt anything. This Flux isn't any messier or harder to clean than the other brands I've used. Every tacky Flux is going to require some clean-up if you want everything to be, not a bit sticky, when you're finished. For the price, I don't think you can beat this quantity. If you wanted 4 syringes of Amtech or Stirri, you're going to pay 3-4x the price. And those brands are awesome, but the Essmetuin is probably (almost) as good, for 99% of projects.

I can't say this is the best flux I've ever used, but it's pretty good and definitely gets the job done. It is relatively thick and stays in place until heated. I'm a fan of the included needle ends since they make precise application easy. The best thing about this flux is really just the sheer quantity you get for your money.

Can't speak for other options, but this one is the ticket! Syring comes with different size tips to get the flux where you want it and it works great. Will buy again!

Quality, worked excellent, easy clean up.

This flux does everything it needs to. It holds up for a long while without burning off, and when used with good solder, leaves it almost unnaturally clean. I'm my testing I could keep a ball of solder completely shiny and flowing indefinitely, as long as it remained in contact with this flux. It was less effective at refreshing already dry joints, but it still preformed acceptably in these cases. At temp it's easy enough to wipe away, but it seems highly resistant to common organic solvents, and entirely unaffected by soap and water, so if you need residue free parts, a qtip or adsorbent material is essential for removal, and it must still be hot if this route is used. Price is just insane for the volume that you get. Will get MANY uses out of the multipack that I did

Decided to try this brand out and I’m very impressed with what I found. I’ve always stuck to the big names for soldering equipment but decided to give this brand a go. Absolutely love my decision, the quality is there and the product itself works great. I’ve been using it for over a month now and I’m getting perfect solder joints and the flux is performing exactly how I’d expect. I love the choice of two needle lengths and I also love how the syringe comes with the plunger removed. So many times I’ve experienced mishaps where the plunger is depressed and my flux goes everywhere before I receive it. Them shipping it disassembled with the plunger removed completely prevents this. Absolutely will be repurchasing, came in such a convenient and easy to use form factor. The syringe fit my hand very well
