I wear a 17.5" neck and 34" sleeve length. What size do I need in this shirt?

absolutely get a size larger and then dry on hot. It should shrink to your size. Don't buy your own size unless you always get it dry cleaned.

What are the measurements. For the large?

I do not know the mesurements persay but I do know that the shirts are cut smaller than the size listed. In my experiance, the shirts I ordered were about 2 sizes smaller than listed. I returned them. You are much better off with Van Heusen. Same price, much better quality and sized correctly.

The sizes in the table do not seem to make any sense. The waist and chest sizes are so big compared to the length. Are these for obese people only?

Agreed that the size chart makes little sense. I just ordered a size up from what I typically do, and the shirt fit me well.
