I suffered from terrible. I mean TERRIBLE tailbone pain after I had my second son. I went to physical therapy and they discussed me getting a pelvic wand to help along with the stretches I do. Major game changer the pain is barely there now. I stretch with this once a week, and I feel like a new woman.

we didn't really got to use it, as the baby's head ended up getting too big and my wife needed a C-Section. But our friend who received instead loved it.

It’s more for pressure points but it does not massage as the description explains. If you want a massager, do not buy it.
