I'm thinking of using this in a rental property. Has anyone used it for that purpose? How long has it held up?

I haven't used this on a rental property. However, I used this in my home. I have a trailer house and used it to update the look of my countertops. I couldn't be happier. It has held up nice. I have cats that jump on the counter and don't see any tears from them. The only thing I make sure of is not to put anything hot on it without a potholder. I believe it said up to 144 degrees. The removal is easy to.

How would it work with rounded parts? My counter is J shaped wondering if it would work in the curve

Our counter top rounds off at the end. It works fine over it. It's been on over a year now and looks as good as it did the first day. This stuff is incredible.

Would this mess up if I sit something hot on it

Yes. It is really a glorified contact paper. It scratches easily.

How does this work, what is it ? Light film
