Do I have to worry about the authenticity if the products?

I’ve never had issues. I have purchased from the PTR website and Costco and this looks the same but I’m not an expert on ingredients. Seems to be authentic

Is this product real?

Yes, it was real. The jar was not full though. It had an air pocket and there was a big hole in the middle of the lotion. Disappointing but I do like the product.
