Great Seller Too! *by A***N on May 29, 2023* Love the fountain! Instructions were poor but it’s pretty straightforward setting it up. There are some tricks to it, however. The photo of the mister on the box is slightly different than the one you receive. (photo on the box has a cone piece in the center) I thought mine was missing that piece. I also had issues getting it to work. The fountain itself only requires water to submerge the pump to work, but when you place the mister in the circular area where it seats, the water level is too low for it to work. The lights will just keep flashing with no mist. I thought it was a defect and mentioned to the seller that it could be the missing cone piece, and he offered to ship me a replacement fountain; but then common sense kicked in. You have to raise the water level even more to submerge the top spout of the mister. After I figured out it was a user error on my part, I notified him that a replacement wasn’t necessary, but he insisted! Great customer service! With that said, if you want to turn off the mister and simply run the fountain only, you need to remove some of the water; otherwise it will flood out of the back. It does make a mess, so I bought an 18”x24” kitchen dish drying mat to put under it.
