is not 2 pieces i only recieved one hat and is way to small to fitmany other reviews said they recieved 2 hats and advertized as 1/2 Pcs falsely. My hat size is a 7-1/4 and i cant pull it down over my head and there is no way it is not the same hat advertized.Says "it fits comfortable over most headwear" no way. probably wouldnt fit other than on a small child
