No idea how much these helped, I don't have a diagnosed food histamine intolerance. However, I can say they had no adverse effect and may have been helpful. However, as £30 for 60 doses, and taking 3 per day, it's roughly £45 a month to keep using this. The positive effect was not obvious enough, to me personally, to justify the ongoing spend. I am in the process of getting properly assessed for food histamine intolerance, hopefully if it is diagnosed I'd get the needed supplement as a prescribed pharmaceutical.

these seem to work to prevent fatigue after eating high histamine food. I haven't eaten a lot of high histamine food in one meal as I was nervous about how I would feel after, but so far so good. I was worried that the quercetin would cause insomnia, which I get from quite a few supplements. However, this did not happen at all, I was fine.

Been taking DAO for a while for histamine stuff and honestly most of the cheaper ones didn't do much. This one's a lot stronger per capsule which is basically why I ordered it. Two other things that mattered to me - it's vegetarian (a lot of DAO is porcine which I try to avoid) and it's got quercetin in it which works well alongside DAO for histamine response. Nice to get both in one cap instead of taking them separately. I take it about 30 mins before a meal. Doesn't work if you take it with food, learned that the hard way. Cheese, leftovers, anything fermented - used to be a nightmare, now it's manageable if I remember to take one beforehand. Only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is the price. It's not cheap and if you're taking it daily it adds up. Would've also liked clearer instructions on timing, had to figure that out myself. Still, does the job when nothing else did.

Excellent for histamine sensitivity. Take 5 mins before eating.

I use these to help with HI & MCAS issues. They are sent out promptly.. They do help with symptoms.

works value for money

I have diagnosed histamine intolerance. I lack DAO enzymes and have been taking DAOSin and DAO digest up until recently but I run out and decided to try these. Unfortunately even with a strict diet and taking 3 tablets ( as suggested on the instructions) there was no difference in my headaches. Today I have received a new pack of Histamine digest and after taking just one the headache has gone. I don't recommend :(

Despite being told they don't work by my doctor, I think they do!!

Purtroppo ho scoperto con un esame del sangue di non produrre abbastanza enzima Dao, con conseguente intolleranza all’istamina, scoprendo così la motivazione del mio mal di testa e gonfiore addominale perenni, oltre a tanti altri disturbi legati a questo deficit. Facendo una ricerca online ho scoperto Naturdao in tutte le sue varianti e devo dire che sono prodotti che mi stanno aiutando a risolvere problemi che mi affiggevano da anni, ovviamente vanno integrati ad una dieta fatta da un nutrizionista. Lo consiglio perché ho visto i miglioramenti! Ho anche fatto l’abbonamento a iscriviti e risparmia, perché difficile da reperire e per il prezzo scontato.
