easy to install worked great for a replacement on my car.

Orientation isn't quite perfect (seems very slightly tilted one direction) but a much clearer and brighter camera than my 2018 Journey ever had, just hope it lasts longer. Installation was easy, and saving $600 and a lot of time by bypassing the dealership was a definite plus. Totally recommend!

Camera works well and picture quality is pretty good. Install was fairly easy and plenty of youtube videos to help. The camera angle is wider than original so takes getting used to but the only complaint I have is the lines don't line up where they're supposed to so that also takes getting used to. But as long as your checking your mirrors it's not a big deal especially for the price

First, I couldn’t have been more disappointed with the horrific quality of the OEM backup camera in my ‘18 Journey Crossroad. After dealing with, and complaining to anyone who would listen, for years, I finally decided to look for an alternative, and found this one. I’m on the mechanically-declined end of the handyman spectrum, and it took me no more than 30 minutes to replace the OEM with this camera. I can’t begin to tell you the night and day difference in the picture! I only wish I’d found this earlier! If you’re considering this purchase, I’d 100% recommend it, especially for the price, as I’d have spent a whole lot more had I known the difference it would make in the quality of the car back-up experience!

This did not work even though it said it would. Missed the return date.

This camera was simple to replace, and cheap, but that's where the "good" ends. Overall image quality is very washed out, the camera seems to be tilted, and the lines are useless.

*Update* customer service reached out to me and offered me a new camera or a refund.I chose the refund. Just bcause the camera did not work in my journey,does not mean it will not work in others. I bought this camera to replace my old one that stopped working. The installation was easy to do but the lines are not right. I had no issues with my old camera line
