I bought these to use as stencils for a Halloween sign I was making and they worked well. I used them to trace with pencil on a wooden board so I cannot attest to how well they would clean if you had gotten paint on them, but they are lightweight so not too heavy for trying to hold in place with painter's tape while tracing. They come with tiny holes in the top left of the stencil that I was able to put a metal ring through to keep them organized and together when not in use.

Perfect size for any sign and very noticeable from afar. The stencil material is plastic with smooth edges and very easy to use. Light and very easy to clean after use. I like that I can use it over and over again as long as I clean it right away after use. Very versatile for any needs such as what we used it for… for sale sign, a yard sale sign, house numbers, mailbox, welcome sign, notes and warnings, etc. The font is simple yet attractive.

These stencils are fine and work great but they come loose and do not have a case or a way to keep them together, otherwise great.
