Miracle product!
This product has changed our 10 year old daughter's life for the better! As a heavy sleeper, she was bedwetting 6 nights out of 7. She'd taken medication to help retain water but we didn't want to keep her on that for years. The pediatrician (French, as we live in the country) then suggested she go see a psychologist! After 4 pointless sessions at 40 a go, I'd had enough and bought the alarm. After a few nights, and once my daughter had started to "wake" to the alarm, the result was miraculous. The alarm is so sensitive that at the slightest whiff of humidity it went off. We always reacted so when we heard the alarm we'd take her to the toilet and then back to a dry bed (you shouldn't just let the child manage the first few nights or weeks alone). On a few occasions she did wet the bed even if the alarm went off, but that became rarer and rarer. Some of the comments mentioning the velcro fixation are fair as I agree it's not as good as a wireless solution, but considering the alarm was only used for a short time, I don't see that as a reason not to recommend the product. We didn't stick the velcro to the pyjama, we attached with a safety pin (makes it easier when you change pjs!). Then after about 2-3 weeks using the velcro & alarm on her shoulder, she finally opted to leave the alarm loose and place it to the side of her pillow. The alarm never became unplugged, and continued to wake her as before. We also cut a square of panty pad that she could insert the alarm into before putting into her pants; this definitely held it in place better. And the result? After approximately 2 and a half months use, she has now abandoned the alarm and no more accidents in the night! If I hadn't found this alarm, we'd still be funding the next holidays for the psychologist!!! So I definitely recommend it.

Highly recommend
Fantastic results! I bought this for my 7 year old little boy who was becoming very upset about being wet over night and having to wear ‘pull up nappies’. I was so overwhelmed by the support from the company after purchasing the device. Lots of advice and support which was much appreciated. We started using the device on 17th February, the first week was tricky, lots of wet beds, but with the support from us (Mum and Dad) just after a week things improved. Then the 2nd March was the last wet night we had and then he managed 14nights dry and the device has been off. Fingers crossed dry every night since. This device is a miracle worker! Great value, would highly recommend.

Superb item - can’t recommend enough
I cannot recommend this alarm enough. For context my son was wearing pj pull ups and would leak out of them at 7years old and was a very deep sleeper. We started using this alarm on 21st October and within 3 weeks we’d had our first dry night and that continued for a further 14nights so we stopped using the alarm we had a dry week and 1 accident. We then used the alarm again for a week but it wasn’t needed. When using the alarm we gave our son the option to wear pull ups or a pad to pop the alarm into and he chose pad so we used an always complete for weak bladders as I felt they were the best option and made for urine rather than a sanitary pad and by the end he was making the hole and putting the alarm in himself. It boosted his confidence and I honestly cannot recommend enough. Worth every penny.

OK but not the best
We bought this in desperation hoping it would put an end to our daughter bedwetting. It was really awkward to fit correctly as it never stayed in her knickers for the whole night, the alarm itself needs to attack to velcro which was a pain as if she wet ow could you reattach it, after a few attempts attached the velcro with a safety pin, much better. for a cheap quick fix this is ok but never really worked for us, wish we had bought the bed wetting alarm pad instead as it would have saved us some money!

Didn't work for us
We have been using this alarm with our 8 year old son for 12 weeks now and still very limited success. To start with the alarm woke him up but now he sleeps through it so I have to wake him up when it goes off. He was wet every night previously and had a few dry nights after using the alarm for 3 weeks which seemed really positive but is now becoming wetter again and it's been 12 weeks now. The clip that attached the alarm also broke very quickly so we had to buy tops with pockets to put it in. The sensor also gets pulled out sometimes in the night because he moves around a lot in his sleep so I have to keep checking it's still in place. We have followed all the guidelines to the letter and really wanted it to be a success but being woken every night for 3 months by the alarm and no real progress means we are probably going to have to give up on it.

This product worked very very well!!! Problem solved. My child is 5. We know that it is a bit late anyway, but there was absolutely no desire to night train on their behalf. We had tried the old fashioned way several times over the past couple years. It didn’t work and ended in frustration for us and our child. Our child is a VERY deep sleeper so we didn’t know what else to do. Some comments say that this doesn’t work with deep sleepers. I don’t agree. Be patient and optimistic. Took a couple nights to just get used to it. By the third night my child went to the bathroom on their own around 12:30. 4-5 more nights of getting up to go before or just after the alarm went off with just a couple drops. By the 8th night no longer waking up to go to bathroom. Sleeping the whole night again. They say once you have a dry night, you go 14 days without an accident, you’re good to go. Had a tiny slip up around day 6/14. Then nothing since. We have passed it on to a friend (not gross... we washed it). Pros and cons: 1. The wire made me a bit apprehensive because worried about the possibility of strangling. We tucked the excess cord into the pull up. And there was no slack. 2. The beeper/ alarm unit that the cord plugs into is a bit bulky, but the clasp was good and strong so it didn’t fall off the collar. 3. My child didn’t like the sound and unplugged it and took it off before falling asleep once, so we just put it back on after they were asleep. 4. A clip on the sensor would be helpful, but we just tucked it between the underwear and pull up so it seemed to stay in place. Summary: great product and it worked!! Thank you!!!! We have a happy and confident child now!! Would definitely recommend. Make sure you read the information package they send. Very very helpful.

I purchased this product along with the Asurion Protection Plan from Amazon, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The product itself does not work as expected — it fails to stay attached to the clothes and often moves away from the area it’s supposed to monitor, making it unreliable for detecting a child’s movement while asleep. On top of that, trying to file a claim and return the item has been a nightmare. I’ve been bounced back and forth between Amazon and the protection plan provider for months with no resolution. It feels like a scam, and I’ve wasted an enormous amount of time. I would not recommend either the product or the protection plan to anyone.
