I purchased the Sun pattern. It is a beautiful rain chain! Hefty, feels like quality materials, nice and long, too! I put it out and definitely staked it down, I could tell it wanted to swing in the wind. This nearly reaches to the ground, hanging from the eave of my porch! I absolutely love it and most assuredly recommend it!!

This is much larger than I anticipated. The frogs and cups are about 3 inches wide. The coloring is beautiful. I beyond pleased.

This Rain Chain is very beautiful. Most similar RCs are shorter and cost double so I'd expected this one to be somewhat flimsy for the price but the cups are decent thickness and the bell is weighty and has a nice sounding chime. I needed a longer RC than the usual 8.5 feet and took a chance solely on the basis of the extended length. I'm glad I did. The top of the RC has a hook rather than the V-shaped most RCs have to fit into downspout hole but I'm attaching this to a half-round gutter adapter so that won't be a problem since I'll be bending the hook closed in order to slide the adapter's crossbar to secure it to the short/narrow funnel that drops from the gutter hole to reduce the swirl and focus the water more directly onto the chain. I may end up replacing the 'chain' with a more substantial one since that appears to be more wire-like than chainlink but that is easy and cheap to do since most hardware stores have huge spools of the stuff on hand at low cost. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase. The ten bucks off coupon applied at checkout was a bonus.

I bought the rain chain for my wife and we both love it. Very easy to install. Just drill a hole in your gutter and drop it in. It really is that easy. You will be amazed at how beautiful it is to watch the rain trickle down the chain. You can buy these in many different styles.

Bought the rain chain because it has larger cups than others. The first one fell apart at the cheap wire hangers within a week. In the first rain. Returned it for another one.A month after the return date, which was based on the original purchase date, the replacement rain chain came apart at the chain link again!The photo shows the gutter where it was installed. The chain hanger is dangling from the rain spout. The collapsed chain assembly is inside the blue vessel used to catch the rainwater.

The little cups are stout enough, but the chain and linkages are very weak and come apart easily in moderate wind. The assembly looks cool and is designed alright; but the materials are just cheap…
