Brilliant game!
This game is brilliant! The whole family loved it. From ages 4-85! It’s quite an active one, but just silly, simple and fun. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Game
Brought for my 3 year old nephew to keep him entertained he absolutely loved it, of course he can't read cards but was running on pure vibes it's easy to play quick to learn rules and had whole family joining in. The cards and chicken are made really well and we definitely got our money worth on 1st day of play. Packs into box perfectly with no loose bits or potential card damage so can take with us when we travel.

Lots of fun
Brilliant game. So much fun for the whole family - we have played from ages 5 to 60! Great value for money (anything to get them off a screen). Easy to use and to learn the rules of the game. Just alot of fun and laughter.

Hilarious
As with every Exploding Kitten game, we are obsessed. All the family join in and it gets us up and moving. Silly actions to complete have us all laughing. Again, short game time means its great for younger kids and those with short attention spans

Great game for all the family.
Wow, what a Christmas we’ve had with this game! We were looking for something different to play as a family, with 3 boys age 5-15, and the big kids (us) included. We’ve had soo much fun playing this game, it’s a great laugh, find it keeps us fit running after the chicken butt, and the boys want to play it again and again. It really is a good game for all the family, our visitors got roped in too and loved it! You can take it and play anywhere, just need a bit of space to hid the chicken butt card. Thank you for giving us a great Christmas!

Very excellent!
This game is a lot of fun. I’ve bought it a few times, and it’s always a hit. One thing to note is that it does need a few or more people to have a good game, and if the kids are at sll on the younger side, they’ll need an adult or older kid to do the reading and even more so the guiding for each new card activity. That’s not a bad thing, it’s a good habit for adults to be in- playing with and interacting in the fun (hopefully with their phone nowhere in sight), but if it’s bought in hopes that the kids will be able to manage it on their own, ehh, only if they can read well, follow instructions, and can manage a structured, fast-paced game like this. There’s a LOT of movement in the game, which is awesome, and it’s guaranteed that there will be a lot of laughter. There are really funny cards like, “Give everyone in the game a new name” and that is just hilarious no matter what you say. It’s great. If you have a child who is averse to losing, lol, I’d suggest playing a few rounds first, just passing the clucking chicken around in the circle (like a game of hot potato) until it squawks, which means the person holding it is out of the game. That is what I did a few times because one of the kids was a child who did NOT like to lose (I’m looking at you, parents who NEVER let their kids lose, and now they miss out on learning how to do it gracefully). We would be having fun getting into the game, and if the chicken squawked while it was still her turn (so she was out of the game) she would cry and run off, meaning we couldn’t continue because there was only three of us. Rude. It’s also helpful to do that first in case they get freaked out by the squawking/buzzer. There’s layers to the game, and with little kids it’s sometimes helpful to introduce it this way to get them used to the basic foundation of the game which is essentially hot potato. Then you can add in the cards snd actions to be taken each turn snd it seems to be less confusing snd chaotic thst wsy. Otherwise, if little ones get too overwhelmed and confused they’ll lose confidence and not want to play, generally speaking, and I did experience that with this game a few times… which is why I started doing it it with simply passing the chicken around first. After that there was never an issue with overwhelm or confusion. ✨My ultimate tip: Put a piece of tape to cover over the speaker on the bottom to your liking… THE CHICKEN IS LOUD. A piece of electrical tape would probably work best, but at the time when the game was mine, I used scotch tape, and I just kept adding layers until it was quiet enough. That’s helpful too bc some little kids do get scared by the sound (and adults, lol). Have fun!! Totally a great game and I’d recommend it with complete confidence that it would be a hit. It would probably be fun as a drinking game too. I don’t really drink, but I can see it being pretty funny.
