Nothing beats Theraband
Each colour has progressive resistance that's so consistent. Other manufacturers aren't as good. Yellow to Black and silver to gold for much heavier workouts. I'd personally recommend them as an alternative to dumbbell weights for deltoid workouts. You get what you pay for and thereabands are worth that little bit extra.

The yellow band lasted just under 1 month before it split in half!!!

Ideaal voor herstel van mijn schouder
Ik gebruik deze weerstandsbanden voor het herstel van een schouderblessure. De verschillende weerstanden zijn erg prettig, waardoor ik de oefeningen rustig kan opbouwen. De banden voelen stevig en degelijk aan en zijn prettig in gebruik. Erg tevreden over de kwaliteit.
