This portable charger/power bank is a powerful device with a great battery life! It's got a little weight to it, but that's what gives it so much juice to power up multiple devices quickly and efficiently. The digital display is easy to read and it accurately tells you how much battery is left. You can charge multiple devices multiple times before it dies out! That's a good thing!It has a dual USB port, a lightning port, a Type-C port and a Micro port, along with an LED flashlight and a USB-C cord (great for my Samsung Galaxy) There's a quick ON/Off button on the corner. The edges are rounded, it's easy to hold, and the surface is smooth, but not so much that it slips easily (like my dented hand warmer).This power bank has been really useful for me when I can't be home all day and want to hook up friends in need of charging. (there's always at least one and I'm ready to swoop in and save the day!). Also, it's got superior charging power to some of my old portable chargers.The profile of it is pretty slim, so it fits easily in small spaces, including purses and jacket pockets. It seems super durable; It won't break easily and it can handle some wear and tear. It's a useful device that every family and traveler should probably have. It's very classy, fast charging and durable. I will recommend it for a gift any time any day. But I will like the manufacturer to improve and make it scratch proof around the body

I purchased this cause I wanted a larger battery pack that was still within the range allowed on planes. This pack is great. The textured surface makes it so that fingerprints don't show up. The display shows all the info that I could want. It is also the size that is advertised. My SO was so impressed that they also purchased one. It is on the heftier size but that is to be expected.

The customer service is really grate with these guys. They seemed to really be sorry for the incident that happened and gave me a free battery along with a refund. They wanted to know how it happened and what went wrong.Fully charged it to take camping because i had a long 3 hour ride to the campsite. frist time using it to charge my steam deck it was working fine but then shut off. I could not get it to stay one and wasn't charging anything. I keep trying to get it to stay on and then the battery pack started to smoke out the usb port. I could see bright red inside the usb and this almost caught fire inside the truck. We had to pull over to make sure it didn't.

Like it as it charges my iPhone fast and it is long lasting

We purchased one of these from a company called Shenzhen Electronics originally, as we were planning a trip to climb Kilimanjaro. We need batteries we could fly with, and this is the max size allowed on a plane shy of 100w.I had originally bought one in an effort to test the battery out prior to completing the collection. I used it over the course of two months, filling and draining. I've used many other power banks and am typically disappointed at charge speed, total recharges (as a reflection on the total capacity. With 26800mah, my phone having 4500mah... It charged my phone to fill just shy of 6 full times, much better than the 4 I expected). Also, the build quality was superb.The display gives you a percentage rather than 4 or 5 blinking lights, so you know precisely how much battery is left.The battery is comparably heavy with other brands of the same capacity.There is also a flashlight. I was typically using my headlamp in my tent on the mountain, but when I couldn't find it, the illumination from the small display panel let me pick up the charger, turn on the flashlight, and find the headlamp. Not a crucial or asked for feature, but a pleasant addition.I also have a small fan with a USB-C connector, and this battery seems to put out more juice than other batteries to really crank up the speed and cooling power of my little fan.Anyways, as I mentioned at the beginning... The first battery was from a different manufacturer. I couldn't find the bank to purchase a second despite some desperate searching... So I literally brought up all 26800mah batteries and started leafing through page are page looking for the right picture. I finally found this one, desperately hoping it was the same design and quality of the first one we bought.Happy ending: it was.If you are looking for a big battery bank that you can bring on a plane with you, THIS is what you should purchase.

I have a few of this brand, nice that they made it work for low drain devices. Love it when companies improve their products.

After spending tons of time looking for a power bank with multiple fast charging ports I got this one and love the LCD, flashlight, and battery size are all great but the fast charging capability is amazing all the ports put out as much juice as possible even going over the standard fast charging rates!Update after 7 months the USB ports no longer work and it is not functional
