Works well, operating system is best I've used... easy to understand and use, except for mysterious symbol displayed momentarily if/when pumping stops unexpectedly. Can be restarted when the symbol disappears. Looks like an ornate letter "M", maybe indicating something about the motor?

This product works well. I started using this product on child mode. I am an adult. It is very powerful, I will say that.It is a bit awkward and cumbersome to use. If you try to use it over a sink. Plan on getting water everywhere. I switched to using it in my morning shower and I am much happier.Water was going EVERYWHERE and it is so powerful that I could not keep my lips closed tight enough around the device to prevent a huge mess. So in the shower all of that is avoided and I love how well it cleans my teeth and gums.I recommend using luke-warm water. My teeth are sensitive to hot and cold and that was an issue the first time as well.It was easy to put together straight out of the box.It is a sturdy product.The battery last about 1 week set to normal of daily uses. Charges quickly.The water tank is a good size, I do not need to refill during a cleaning.I recommend taking the water tank off of the device between uses and leaving in an area open to air, not a cupboard. It will get a musty smell.

This is a great water flosser. Lots of power and several modes such as 'pulse' and 'child'.It gets the particles out and it's a very good price.

The good: The water flosser works great, I like the different settings, the container is big enough to floss all your teeth and then some, and it does not use much of the battery.The bad: I cannot charge it, not with the cord that came with it or any other USB 3 charging cable. Went to the Amazon help page, but it cannot be returned or refunded....If feel Amazon is sliding down in quality towards TEMU and others, product quality, order correctness, order being send on time. TIme to rethingk the prime membership :-(.
