I ordered this for my partner, he really likes it. Went a size up as recommended and he says it’s very comfortable. No sweat marks showing anymore and I can’t see it through his shirt either. Does the job as described, very happy with purchase.

I find that this works great for the summer, where I'd usually have to wear a t-shirt which ends up being too warm and being quite visible through dress shirts. This is a perfect solution and despite it being quite expensive, i'd say that it is well worth it.

Okay, our colonial cousins call these things undershirts.And in the 1934 release, Clark Gable removed his shirt, undressed for bed, and...He was not wearing an undershirt.Whether this really was the reason the sales of vests or undershirts plummeted is perhaps disputed, but it makes a good story.But nonetheless, the undershirt has been largely displaced by the T-shirt as an under-the-shirt layer, should layering be warranted at the cooler end of the year.But this undershirt is not a winter vest - although I'm sure it would be comfortable during the colder months too, but is marketed on the basis that it is both breathable and sweatproof.So if you sweat profusely (and I can) and you are in a dress shirt, you should get away without the telltale sweat rings. The cut is then low so you can undo buttons without the shirt being seen; it is also close fitting, so it should not be visible in that respect too.And it is long, which my mother always insisted was important in a vest - and it is because it prevents the garment from riding up from the belt line, which is uncomfortable.In conclusion, one in the eye for Clark Gable?Maybe?This is a useful garment if you want to protect your better clothes from sweat stains, especially if you sweat heavily.

Despite ordering accurately based on the size chart, I found that the undershirt was too tightly fitting, whilst it fit over my torso fine, the shoulders and biceps were too tight to pull over. It was constricting in the arms and not wearable. Maybe I am suffering from gym success, but regardless, the fit was poor.The material is soft with decent moisture wicking and it feels very snug, but the tight fit makes it quite visibly noticeable under clothing. The sleeves are too long and should only cover the upper arm, I am considering adjusting them as such.Whilst I like the focus on discreetness and the snugness, I think it needs improvements with a natural fabric, and better accommodation for athletic build or big arms.

I sweat a lot and find that this marks my under arms and the areas around my breasts and breast bone. This normally results in sweat marks which I find embarrassing. Talcum powder tends not to last and largely results in a fragrant sludge. So I was happy to try this under shirt out.Long bodied with a low cut top (so you can undo buttons without it showing) and short sleeves. It's a close fit but feels cool against the skin. It has a really silky feel. I wore it under a formal shirt for some hours at a recent birthday party, in sweltering heat. I could feel myself sweating but it was being absorbed and there were no resulting stains to mar my night. I got white but may have to get some other colours for use with other coloured shirts. Not cheap but it works, so happy to recommend.
