Easy to assemble, durable, vibrant color.

Very nice and functional.The pieces you assemble were not labeled, but it was quite easy to figure out by looking at the pictures. If you leave your screws half loose, finish assembly, then go back and tighten everything up at the end, it's much easier.Does not smell bad and the seat holds 300 lbs for sure.

5 stars for the quality of a mass- produced piece of furniture that you have to assemble yourself.3 stars for the assembly instructions: Nothing was damaged, everything was there, but parts are not numbered or labeled, so that I really had to rely on the image of the finished, put- together bench to fully understand where what part was to go.I would not recommend heavy people to use this. Although it still feels sturdy, this is not exactly heavy- duty. It looks good, and the kickstand for the storing compartment is excellent: It stays up and you can use both your hands to arrange things in there. The compartment is not very deep nor large, but a few couch blankets fit in there easily. Cannot talk of durability yet, but let us hope it will last. Update: I thought my cat would dislike the fabric and not scratch it--- but she does. Less attractive to her than fabric chairs, though!

I usually don't buy items off of Amazon that don't have reviews but I couldn't find another teal ottoman for this price so I gave it a try, and I'm glad I did!!! I only gave 4 stars because it wasn't the easiest to put together. I like buying furniture and putting together, so I feel like I'm pretty good at it. The only hard part on this was the bottom - the holes didn't line up and was almost cut at an angle and took a lot of strength to push and hold together to get the screws in. Because of this, there's a gap in the bottom on both sides. But, its on the inside and takes nothing away from the outside look of the ottoman. I'm glad I bought it and would buy again.
