I made a better choice than expected!
This is extremely sturdy, but also lightweight and thin. Just one small warning though, be extra sure to clean the back of your ipad before installation. The back (which will show the apple logo) is clear, so any leftover crumbs from the previous cover are going to show up. I have arthritis in my hands and previous cover installations required some brute strength (once by a college football player). This time the ipad snapped right in, with a solid click.
