Waste of money - also a paid subscription is needed
Wow can’t believe I wasted my money on this. I already have an identical ball for Pilates that was a fraction of the price - just without the straps that add little value to being able to use the ball. I also should have realized that there are no instructional exercises provided with the ball - you have to sign up to the PVplve platform with only 7 days free - I found this frustrating to navigate and find exercises where I could learn how to use the ball - you have to take an entire class.

OVERPRICED!!! Buy the cheaper one
I choose this more expensive brand since it had next day delivery and included one week of free streaming. I thought the free week of program training would help get me started on the proper uses of the product. What a disappointment!The QR code to the streaming program did not work (took me to a website development site) and there were no instructions included with the kit! I looked on line for about 30 minutes for instructions and recommended exercises, but all the Pvolve links required paying for membership.Feel really ripped off but now I realize that the real reason this was twice the price is because it’s a Jennifer Aniston (Gwyneth Paltrow lite) company.Since I posted this review, I received a full refund for my purchase. This was unexpected and appreciated!I take back some of my comments about the Jennifer Aniston connection, but it is still a bit over priced, since the training links did not work and it came without instructions.

Great product ,but very very poor quality
Great idea but quality so poor . Falling apart after a few months use,and I have two that I alternate with . Do not recommend.
