purchased 3 new monitors, bought 3 of these cables to use with them. tried to connect these cables to 2 different thunderbolt 5 docks but was unable to unlock high refresh rates (was locked to only 60hz). connected these cables directly to my computer instead and worked straight away. these were the only cables that worked for me after attempting with various amounts of cables. great quality cables.

Worked perfectly well, but I did have an issue on one of my monitors (Alienware 27” 360hz) where the hdmi end was just too thick and long to fit which was a bit annoying. Looking at the different branded ones they all seem the same, so maybe not the fault of ugreen but just the way these cables have to work. I replaced that one with an adapter instead without any issues Otherwise for my other 2 monitors that did fit just fine they work perfectly well running high hz without any drop off. Haven’t noticed any heat problems, so overall I’d say good value for money - just make sure they will actually fit if the monitor doesn’t provide much space you may have a problem!

Great, works with laptop that has TB4 (DP1.4 inside) , can do 4k/120hz 10bit, works through old TB3 dock that has only hdmi 2.0, but connected through to TB3 inside dock still works with 4k/120hz. Does not let me do 144hz on my LG C4, but it's far from dealbreaker Windows laptop thou

Works for us. All TVs are different and there’s a wide variety of devices that can be connected to them. Therefore it’s impossible to guarantee this cable will work in all circumstances. However, I can confirm that when connecting a Mac Mini M2 to a Samsung QLED TV this cable works perfectly.

Cable works perfectly and feels like it's good quality. It allows me to use my work laptop with my 49 inch monitor at 5120x1440 resolution and 240hz refresh rate. Works great!

Simply doesn’t work, tried different devices and none worked. Being UGREEN which is a brand I use and am happy with the other products, I didn’t expect this.

Avevo la necessità di collegare il mio MacBook Air M4 a un monitor OLED 2K da 165Hz con supporto HDR, mantenendo una certa libertà di movimento sulla scrivania. Chi usa l'ecosistema Apple sa bene quanto possa diventare frustrante trovare un cavo video che non dia problemi con refresh rate elevati. Con questo modello UGREEN da 2 metri ho trovato la quadratura del cerchio. Dal punto di vista costruttivo, l'impatto è notevole. Il cavo si presenta spesso e rivestito in un tessuto intrecciato che trasmette subito una sensazione di forte resistenza all'usura. La vera sorpresa, però, è la sua flessibilità: nonostante lo spessore importante, si piega e si adatta facilmente lungo i passacavi della scrivania, senza irrigidirsi e senza esercitare tensioni pericolose sulle porte USB-C del MacBook. La prova sul campo ha eliminato ogni dubbio sulla stabilità del segnale. Non appena il Mac si risveglia dalla modalità standby, o non appena inserisco lo spinotto, il collegamento con il monitor OLED è praticamente istantaneo. Non c'è traccia di sfarfallii, linee spurie o di quei fastidiosi secondi di schermata nera tipici dei prodotti di fascia bassa. I 165Hz e l'HDR vengono agganciati immediatamente in modo nativo dalle impostazioni di macOS, permettendomi di sfruttare i neri profondi e la fluidità del pannello senza il minimo compromesso. Punti di forza e di debolezza PRO: Segnale immediato: Risveglio dallo standby fulmineo, senza sfarfallii o incertezze video. Qualità dei materiali: Tessuto trecciato molto spesso e robusto, ma sorprendentemente flessibile da posizionare. Performance eccellenti: Supporto pieno e nativo per i 165Hz a risoluzione 2K e HDR su architettura M4. Taglio da 2 metri: Perfetto per gestire il cable management senza tirare il cavo. CONTRO: Unidirezionale: Funziona rigorosamente da USB-C (sorgente) a HDMI (monitor), non fa il percorso inverso. Il produttore lo dichiara chiaramente, ma va tenuto a mente. Verdetto Se avete un Mac di ultima generazione e volete sfruttare al massimo un monitor ad alte prestazioni senza i tipici mal di testa da compatibilità video, questa versione da 2 metri è una certezza. Costa qualcosa in più rispetto ai cavi standard, ma la qualità costruttiva e la stabilità del segnale valgono l'investimento fino all'ultimo centesimo.

The cable supports (at least) 4K at 120 Hz, which is exactly what I bought it for. I do not have an 8K screen so I cannot test that. The cable does get very hot under use, but not so hot that you can’t touch it.

El producto viene muy bien empaquetado y protegido, cumple de sobra su función, cable resistente y conectores de gran calidad.
