This was great for a party. Reacts to sound and rotates showering a host of multi coloured lights on the floor of the room it is in. Fits all standard Light sockets like a normal light bulb throwing patterns of multi coloured light onto the floor, according to,the sound in the room it flashes on and off or pauses briefly, it's very pretty and a cheap alternative to,disco lights well worth the money.

I ordered this product and was originally very happy with it, arrived quickly and fitted easily straight out the box, especially for the added bonus of the sound recognition feature at a small extra cost. In response to music or sound the bulb flashes in time with the music.However, after 2 weeks the product has started to become faulty and sound is making the bulb turn off, possibly due to it overheating. It will then turn back on immediately if you flick the wall switch off and on again. The bulb will work again temporarily before turning off again and this pattern repeats itself every time.I would not recommend getting the sound activated version however prior to this the bulb did work well and received a lot of compliments from friends at our parties (until the room would suddenly be plunged into darkness).Hopefully the seller may be able to help with fixing this matter?

Excellent item that makes a great effect on a party. Fitted to a standard ceiling light it rotates and reacts to the music. Everybody was impressed with it at our party and it was perfect. Don't hesitate in ordering one as it's brilliant for a disco for kids (or us oldies). Fab item !

AMAZING product that the kids dance to for hours on end it flashes to the beat of the music and much cheaper than in our local shops selling this, also free Prime delivery.

Good effect for very little money. Center screw keeps coming loose but, can be tightened. Also, it doesn't cope well with loud music, makes it flash a bit too ofte

Light itself is fine but do yourself a favour and don't buy the sound activated version as all this does is cause it to flicker annoyingly. I've removed the microphone from ours and it's now much better.Edit: 2nd one I got went BANG!
