Bought this for my 18-month old grandson. Easy-write / easy-erase. Saves paper, grandson loves it! And so do I!

So nice to buy a toy that is educational but the kids don’t know it. My daughter stayed up late Saturday night drawing and playing games but I don’t mind because she is not on line. Very refreshing toy. There are also games I can play with her. She likes how the color varies when draws. Would buy for the others kids in my life.

I got this for my 5 year old for Christmas and he loves it!There was a little issue with a template/page but I contacted customer service and they resolved it almost immediately!

This was much more fun than I expected. I remember when the Boogie Board first came out. While this isn't much different in concept (okay - the original just had this green coloured "ink" and this one has rainbow "ink"), it does present a somewhat modular system that allows you to do a handful of neat things:First, the board itself is translucent. It gets snapped into an opaque blue case that darkens behind the screen and makes lines more visible. This modular system has two benefits - the board itself can be used to trace things in the real world or it can be used with paper (or templates provided) and the backing case in tandem to trace letters/numbers, colour in drawings, etc.I mentioned the templates. This set came with templates for games including tic tac toe, that dots game, and some other games I don't know. My sole complaint with this set comes in here - I have no idea how to use some of the game template cards and would have appreciated at least the name of the game on the card so I could look the game up. Other than the game cards, there are learning cards which kids can use to practice their writing, and design cards, which you can think of as colouring book pages.Sure the "case" is a cheap plastic case that doubles as the product packaging, but it's decent enough. In addition to the regular Boogie Board stylus, there are two additional "texture" tools. They're a little finicky to get right on the screen, but they at least provide some welcome variability in the lines you can draw.All in all, this thing is awesome. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  Most importantly... the last picture in main listing is misleading. There are no lowercase abc templates in this--only uppercase. When I got beyond that, the product was still pretty neat.We have had a boogie board in the past, but not one that you could see through with templates. This feature is really cool! I love the capital alphabet practice pages, but was disappointed there were no lowercase pages. The included games were okay, but not all had directions (the only one I wasn't sure about was full of dots). I can see how the color templates could be very relaxing for the right kid and could also be a "reward" after working on writing letters.

Bought this for our granddaughters birthday and we were all disappointed that the battery that came with it was dead! We had to buy a new battery that cost 1/2 of what we paid for the toy.
