There were no problems receiving or returning the keys. I misread the letter on the lock which is the "key" to getting the correct item. You need to look through the 3?2 list to match the correct letter. My lock is stamped with an "H". I would think you need to match the 3?2 to your letter. Ex: 3H2).

Unknowingly Bought a lock box at auction with no keys in the box. Ordered these keys with hopes they would work so I would not have wasted money that I had spent. They worked great, opened the lock box and now I am back in business.
