How do you stop it from leaking? I bought 2 and they both leak.

Mine does not leak, maybe you have to push the container in tighter., good luck.

Is there a line of where to fill the cleaning solution and the water?

NO, but I just filled the bottle to the top and it worked great!

How much detergent to add to a tank of water?

I usually only use plain water as then I don’t have to wipe floor dry with a rag. I would guess if you put detergent in the tank it would leave a light haze on the floor if you didn’t wipe it afterwards. Since I have dark floors this would be bad. However, plain water works jus fine.
