How much powdered color for a 60 lb bag of premixed concrete mix?

i have found that it depends on the coloring desired and that the mfg.recomendations falls way short of getting the color they say.i have personally tripples and quadropled the amount which drove the cost up

Is this safe to use in and around ponds without leaching toxin in to water?

it is questionable whether what your mixing it with is safe

So i am just slightly confused, do i mix in with the concrete mix or will i brush over top of the finished product? i am pouring concrete into a mold.

While you are mixing your cement & water you add the pigment to the mix

I want color cement in between my pavers I’m using dry concrete and then add water sprinkler to set can I add dry powder to dry cement for color?

I would say no, the instructions only reference wet cement. You won't be able to tell the color unless it's wet and mixed in
