Got this for my young, rough with everything he touches son for his school uniform. Easy for him to get on and off by himself, months later still in brand new shape.

If you rub the belt buckle up agains anything solid it will scratch the buckle. I enjoy the stretchy fabric.

I liked the belt

I like this belt because it can go casual or dress for kids. The material feels durable from fabric to buckle. The buckle has a nice, polished look. However, my kid has trouble locking the buckle down. It’s even difficult for me. The teeth in the buckle pinch the fabric, so I’m hoping it doesn’t fray in time. Since the buckle is so difficult, I wouldn’t recommend for smaller kids. I deducted one star for that reason.

This belt is sized for a child but I am an adult woman and it fits great. I tried to wear a leather man's belt but the leather was too stiff. The fabric on the child's is softer

This belt does the job! Sized to fit just right for an 11 year old that’s already in 14’s, but really needs an in between size like a 13! Seems very sturdy, but if you have younger children the latch may be a bit of a problem as you have to pull up on the belt, then out to get it to release.
