I set up 3 of these one month ago and so far am very happy with them! My morning alarm goes off at 4:50AM, and my cats were bothering me for food by 4AM each morning. I set these up for 3 feedings per day of the smallest amount, with one feeding at 4AM. After a few days to adjust, they’ve stopped bothering me in the morning! I can even sleep in on my days off now. It’s been such a relief! It’s also been nice to know they are getting fed on a regular schedule, with or without me there. So far I’ve had no issues with any of the devices. Like some others have said, the measurements aren’t exactly as it says, but 3 times a day on the lowest setting is close enough to the daily feeding requirements for my boys. The buttons aren’t easily unlock-able for a cat, although I have a seen one video of a cat figuring it out. Time will tell if my one problem solver cat will figure it out.

Ive had three of these feeders from PETLIBRO- first one ( non smart programmable) worked fine but portions were too large for my cat. The second one I got worked FLAWLESSLY and it was great that the portion sizes were adjustable and I found the perfect portions for my cat. I had it for a little more than a year, then it complely stopped working altogether-the display wouldnt even light up. I wanted to order the same one, figuring it was a fluke, but that model was no longer made so I bought this " upgraded" one. Setup looked like it was going to be easy , but I never got it to work. It wouldn't connect the app to the unit - so I contacted technical support - about 5 emails went back and forth , since they dont have a technical support line . We deleted the old one, - still no luck- then they recommended the LITE app and I tried that - still no luck getting the unit to communicate with the app. I was told they were sending it to one of their support specialists- and that ended any support. I took it on my own to write them three more times over the past month asking for help and where we were wit h the status of my support ticket- and - crickets. I really wanted to like the new one - I really loved how the old one worked. But I cant support a company that after countless emails ( and no phone support) not only havent found a solution, but have chosen to pass the buck to a " support specialist" that several weeks in has not made any attempt to reach out to me or respond to my follow up emails. Sorry Petlibro- I willbe looking for another pet feeder .

I love this feeder. I often get home from work late, and I don't want my cat to have to wait for her dry food. This automatic feeder has solved that problem for me. I am able to set multiple feeding times throughout the day. The 1/12-cup portion size increment really lets you customize how much food your cat is getting. The stainless steel bowl is good quality and comes out easily for cleaning. I use Tikki Cat dry food and have had no issues with food jamming or getting stuck. It holds a decent amount of food (I refill about every 3 weeks). I love that I’m able to turn the lights off at night and set a custom dinner call with multiple noise level options. Overall, my void kitty and I are very happy with the purchase.

EXCEPTIONAL product

The product is nice and comes as stated but you have to purchase desiccant bags to put in the feeder to keep it fresh every 2 weeks which becomes expensive. I feel like it should have been more evident than it was. The portion sizes are strange and a bit confusing so it took a while to figure out how much to feed my cat. The app is nice but doesn't always connect so I worry about my cat getting his portions when I can't connect. Otherwise, it works as stated and comes in handy when I work long days or want to take a trip. Just make sure to get it sooner than you'll need it and play around with it for a few days to figure out what works best for you and your pet.

I'm a senior and have had four to five of the cat feeders. I've been too frustrated trying to program them and have returned them all. The Petlibro feeder I found to be the easiest to use, as I could use an app on my cell phone to program. I'm so happy I can depend on this feeder to give my kitty her meals on time every day.

Then I started getting device offline notices. It would lose its connection to the app and WiFi off and on even though the connection light on the feeder was solid like it’s supposed to be. If it was offline during one of my cats feeding times it would not feed. After a couple weeks of this it went offline for good and I can not reset it. The connection light stays lit up solid and will not blink allowing me to reconnect. I tried unbinding the device from the app to reset everything but now I can’t get a blinking connection light to reconnect. So it’s not even connected on my app anymore. It’s useless now. I have to press the button on the feeder to dispense food. Edit. I fixed it and changed my stats from 2 to 5. If this happens to you I will report what I did. I unplugged it and took the batteries out. Rebooted my phone. Deleted or unsynched my feeder from the app. Then restarted the connection process. You might not need to delete your feeder from the app because if you do that you have to reschedule everything. I think it didn’t work before when unplugging because it went to backup power. Make sure you take the batteries out and wait a few minutes. Also restart your phone since that only takes minutes

Justo hoy me llegó y la vrd si es muy bonito y aunque tardado es facil de programar, pero hay una cosa que no te dicen... Anuncian que tiene mucha tecnología que puede incluso monitorear la salud de tu gato pero olvidan aclarar que eso es pagando una suscripción que es casi el doble de cara que el propio comedero así que si te llamo la atención por todas las funciones que dice tener este comedero no es para ti, si en cambio si lo quieres para no preocuparte por qué tienes que salir y no podrás alimentarlo está perfecto o lo tedioso que es pesar la comida para evitar que suba de peso ahí si es una buena opción 😊👌
