I never got to pay for this product because it took too long to reach me and was given a refund. I offered to give the company the money but they said don't bother. An excellent product. Works as well as a product I purchased from Lidl (am I allowed to mention another company?) for about three times the price.I keep telling people this. FOOD JUST DOES NOT STICK TO SILICONE so I've been using Silicone products for years and years and recommend them to anyone. Just remember: because food doesn't stick, unless the food is solid or if liquid, the product is a container, it will be useless in cooking because the liquid will NOT be contained ON IT. I bake bread. In using Silicone I just don't use grease at all, not even flour on the mat to knead the dough. Other people talk about using a light oil to spray on Silicone but they don't need to use any oil at all, except what's in the recipe (obviously).

This baking mat grips the worktop securely, so I can knead dough on it and it doesn't shift at all. Plus, it has handy size rings so I can be sure I've rolled out enough pastry dough to fit the pan I am using. It wipes clean, and is safe to use from -40C to +240C, so it can go into the freezer or oven. I do have to flour the mat when kneading or rolling out dough, but cleanup afterward is so much easier than when I knead right on the worktop and dough and flour residue works into the pores of the worktop, leaving white stains for days.

Great piece of non stick kitchen mat that absolutely minimize the mess on the table. I used them a lots, baking, making dumplings and also makes handcraft with my child. Really save the hassle of cleaning the mess of the dough and flour.

I think the ring sizes are a great help for rolling my Sugar paste measurements for my cakes. I did not realise I needed it until I got it now I would not be without it.

Disappointed - bought this in the hope that it would reduce the stickiness when rolling my fondant icing but it did the exact opposite.

Basic silicon mat, much better than the worktop! Measuring guide has been really useful. Not used it in the oven, so can't comment on that aspect. Size is great for rolling pastry etc., but does make the cleaning a little more awkward. Good value, however.

Excellent. Makes kneading so much easier and the printed measures and sizes are brilliant! And easy to clean and store. Deserves 5 stars.

It not takes too much space in a kitchen. Stable when you're working on it with dough. Easy to wash.
