Its a notebook.
It has pages and those pages have lines. They are all stacked and bound so they dont go everywhere. Its a composition book. As advertised.

Typical Journal
This journal quality is very similar to the ones in the store. The cover is solid and the over all make appears to be sturdy. The price of this journal is too high and worth the additional cost. Around back to school time a journal cost about 1.00 this bought in the back of 2 is almost 5 times that cost. And in the back of 48 is about 2x’s that cost. I would not recommend if looking to purchase for cost, but if you need 48 journals and do not want to run around store to store I would recommend that this is an option to pursue.
